I loved this place, everything was nice. Staff was very helpful, assisted with everything. It had a magnificent and particularly good setting just off a Seven Eleven supermarket as well as Pharmacy.

It has brand-new rooms and favourable location short walk to supermarket and a Seven Eleven supermarket and Union station. Staff are very very helpful and affable people.

Great location and convenient proximity to local amenities and attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with full-sized appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The presence of two full bathrooms was a bonus, ensuring convenience for larger groups.

Floors, vents, and counters were dirty, and there was mildew on the shower curtain. Towels were left wet in the dryer upon arrival and the host was hesitant to provide additional ones.

We stayed at South River Residences for a week and it was perfect for our family trip. The apartment was spacious and luxurious, providing us with a comfortable and cozy stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. The secure parking and friendly residents added to the convenience. We also enjoyed the workout facility and the coffee in the lobby. Keyless entry made coming and going hassle-free. The competitive cost for such a large apartment was definitely a plus.

The value for the price we paid was incredible! We got a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for almost half the price of a comparable Airbnb. The rooms and beds were fantastic, and the apartment was so clean. The location was amazing, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and even a dispensary and liquor store within a block. The staff at the hotel were great and incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions. We felt like we were at home during our stay and would definitely book again.

One small thing that could make the stay even better would be to have more breakfast options available.

Convenient location with nearby grocery store and Coors Field. Property size, facilities, utensils, and parking were a plus. Reasonable price and quiet atmosphere. Private parking included, a rarity downtown. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit. The layout of the apartments was cool and unique, which added to the overall experience. Also, the price was reasonable considering the convenient location.

Had a great stay once we picked up the key and arrived at the apartment. The place was very nice, clean, and in a great location. We loved having the extra space in the apartment, and the view of the ballpark was pretty cool as well. Additionally, the apartment was larger than we originally anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal as it allowed us to walk to many areas around town and was also close to the highway entrance, making it easy for us to escape to the mountains.
